- Booking and Payment
- A deposit of 35% or full payment is required to secure your booking.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
- Full payment must be completed 14 days before the start of the tour.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability and external factors.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days before departure are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 15-29 days will be refunded at 50%.
- Cancellations within 14 days or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days with the same method that was used for original payment.
- Travel Documents and Insurance
- Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations.
- Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure
- Crossroads Travel Agency reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather, political conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we will provide alternative arrangements.
- Liability and Responsibility
- Crossroads Travel Agency is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Travelers participate at their own risk and must adhere to local laws and tour guidelines.
- Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to respect local customs, guides, and fellow travelers.
- Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
- Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for tour arrangements and will not be shared with third parties.
